Press the PROGRAM key to enter the

Programme menu, and press the  Next  key

then the DEPT.MANAGEMENT key.

Enter the password of the administrator

(key operator).

code for each department.  Up to 120 codes can be set.
* This function requires keying in the password of the key operator.
