I forgot my password of “Parental
Control”.

Input 1276 as a password. The regis-
tered password is cleared. Register your
new password from
DTV Settings
in the
SETUP
menu.
NOTE:
“TV parental lock function is not
available for UK”, because no
parental lock concept in UK.

Some setting items on “Setup Menu”
cannot be selected.

Settings such as language, audio, sub-
titles cannot be changed in stop mode
(resuming standby mode) by pressing
STOP
once. To change these items,
press
STOP
twice to stop playback
completely, then press
SET UP
to open
Disc Setup
menu.

HDMI devices not operating properly.

Make sure to use cables with the HDMI
logo (

). Some early HDMI
equipment may not work properly with
the latest HDMI TV products, due to
adoption of new standards.
