Picture controls picture mode, hue, noise
reduction, VCR mode
Picture mode
This television offers the choice of personalising
the picture style. Press
to view the differ-
ent styles available:
PICTURE MODE 1
to
3
are
preset options
and
PICTURE MODE M
stores your own set-
tings.

Select the
Picture
option from the main
menu.

to highlight
Picture Mode
and
then
Left
or
Right
to select a picture style.

select
Brightness, Con-
trast, Colour
and
Sharpness
; then use
Left
or
Right
to adjust to suit personal taste.

Store
then press
Left

Right
or OK button to save the adjustments.
Stored
message appears on the bottom of the
menu.
You can store the settings in the menu via
pressing OK button while the Picture menu is
on the screen.
Hue
This item is displayed in PICTURE menu when the
TV receives an NTSC signal.

Hue
is
selected.

buttons to adjust
Hue
to
suit your preference.

Noise Reduction
Noise Reduction
softens
the screen representa-
tion of
a weak signal
to reduce the noise effect.

In the
Picture
menu press
Down
until
Noise
Reduction
is selected.

Press
Left
or
Right
to select between
Mini-
mum, Medium, Maximum
and
Off.
The differ-
ences may not always be noticeable.
VCR Mode
When
VCR
is set to
On,
the picture on the screen
is locked into position. This stops any movement
that might be noticeable when viewing a picture from
a VCR.
