Advanced Audio Settings
The
Advanced
Audio settings
help to create an
enhanced surround sound experience with deep,
rich bass from stereo sound sources. Your TV’s
audio will sound fuller, richer, and wider.
Highlight the
Advanced Audio
in the
SOUND
menu and press ► or to enter the
Advanced
Audio
settings.

PC/HDMI1 Audio:
Receive sound from a
connected PC.

HDMI1 Audio:
If the connected HDMI source
does not support digital audio, plug the audio
cable into PC/HDMI1 (Audio) on the back of
the TV, then use the HDMI1 Audio setting.
If the sound is missing, select an alternative
setting.
•
Lip Sync:
Activates an audio/video display
timing adjustment that allows HDMI devices
to automatically synchronize accurately.
Available for HDMI source only.

SPDIF Type:
Sends digital audio signal to
the external audio system. The options are
PCM, Dolby Digital
