STEP 31

Continue routing the ball end of SWIVEL PUL-
LEY CABLE (53) around the  rear PULLEY in
the  in the BASE (19) and THRU the slot in the
FRONT UPRIGHT (20) as shown.

Route the ball end of the SWIVEL PULLEY
CABLE (53) around the PULLEY in the bottom
of the PLATFORM (23) and thru the SWIVEL
PULLEY (2). Make sure the cable runs under
the retaining bolt in the SWIVEL PULLEY (2).

Re-assemble the 

FAST ATTACH

TM

 

CABLE

COUPLER to the ball end of the SWIVEL PUL-
LEY CABLE (53) as shown. Also explained in
STEP 24

Make sure the cable runs in the groove of the
pulleys.
