STEP

Remove the existing two BOLTS, WASHERS,
and LOCK NUT holding the rearmost PUL-
LEYS from the WEIGHT STACK BOOM (24)
as shown.

Thread the JAM NUT end of the FLOATING
PULLEY CABLE (55) 3/4 of the way into one of
the 3-1/2” THREADED FLOATING PULLEY
GUIDES (27) as shown.

Loop the FLOATING PULLEY CABLE (55)
around one of the previously removed PUL-
LEYS from the WEIGHT STACK BOOM (24)

SECURELY 

assemble the  PULLEY and one L-

TOP GUIDE ROD BRACKET (16) to the
WEIGHT STACK BOOM (24)  using the exist-
ing BOLT,WASHERS and LOCK NUT as
shown.

Loop the FLOATING PULLEY CABLE (55)
around the top PULLEY in the the DUAL
FLOATING PULLEY (1) (the bolt may need to
be removed) and then thru the other previously
removed PULLEY on the WEIGHT STACK
BOOM (24) then thread the JAM NUT 3/4 of
the way into the other 3-12” THREADED
FLOATING PULLEY GUIDE (27)

SECURELY 

assemble the L-TOP GUIDE ROD

BRACKETS (16) to the FLOATING PULLEY
GUIDE ROD (12) using using:

Two 3/8 X 3/4” BOLT (35)
Two 3/8” FLAT WASHERS (30)
