Ensure ALL connections are tightened according to the instructions.

Cable Tension Adjustment (see step 34): ensure that the head plate rests on the first weight plate yet there is not a lot of slop in the cable system. If
the head plate is not resting on the first plate or if there is too much cable slop in the system you can adjust cable tension in the following places:

Where the threaded end of the Swivel Pulley Cable (18) or (67) attaches to the Right and Left Carriage (6 & 7) (step 23 & 26).

Ensure all adjustments are smooth and easy and that all pull pins easily engage and disengage in all of the adjustment holes.

Ensure door wheels are adjusted so they barely contact the floor surface and doors pivot smoothly.

______

Ensure the Torque Fork™ weight adjuster easily fits easily fits in-between each of the weight plates.

Make sure all the exercise movements feel solid and smooth.

_______

Make sure the Carriage Uprights (5) and Guide Rods (17) are all well lubricated as above and slide easily and smoothly.

Ensure door latches engage easily and positively into the holes at the top of the door lock angle.

_______

Ensure doors are aligned when closed. (See step 14)
