FRAME CONNECTION BOLTS
Orientate the CABLE COUPLER (66) vertical
with the SIDE BOLTS running parallel with the
floor. Carefully remove the SIDE BOLTS from the
CABLE COUPLER (66).
Before routing the CABLE (18), the
FAST AT-
TACH
™ CABLE COUPLER (66) must be
removed from the end of the CABLE (18) follow-
ing these steps:
Slide the HOUSING up the CABLE (18) expos-
ing the CORE. Pull down on the SPRING and
slide the BALL END of the CABLE (18) out the
side of the CORE.
CAUTION! WHEN ROUTING CABLES (18),
MAKE SURE THAT THE CABLES ARE SEATED
IN THE GROOVE OF THE PULLEYS AND RUN-
NING UNDER ALL RETAINING BOLTS, PINS OR
BRACKETS. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD
RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE CABLE (18).
Assemble the THREADED END of the CABLE
(18) 3/4 of the way into the RIGHT CARRIAGE
(6) as shown.
Route the BALL END of the CABLE (18) around
the PULLEY in the BASE DOOR TUBE (26) on
the RIGHT DOOR, and around the PULLEYS in
the BASE TUBE of the RIGHT SIDE (28).
Remove the HOUSING from the end of the
CABLE (18) and set aside along with the CORE
and SIDE BOLTS. These parts will be reas-
sembled after the CABLE (18) has been routed.
