To troubleshoot, turn the key to the On position. Identify
the specific function that is not operating properly and work
across the logic chart. Inspect the condition of each of the
input LEDs to ensure it matches the logic chart.
If the input LEDs are correct, check the output LEDs. If the
output LEDs are illuminated but the device is not energized,
measure the available voltage at the output device, continuity
of the disconnected device, and potential voltage on the
ground circuit (floating ground). Repairs will vary depending
on your findings.
