3. Install the U-nuts onto the guard plate and secure the
assembly to the machine using the 2 bolts (M10) as
shown in
Figure 1 .
4. Torque the bolts to 47 to 57 N-m (34 to 42 ft-lb).
Installing the Relief Valve and
Bracket
1. Install the straight fittings and O-rings to the valve as
shown in Box A of
Figure 2 .

2. Secure the valve assembly to the valve bracket using
2 bolts (M6) and 2 flange nuts as shown in Box B of
Figure 2 .
3. Torque the bolts to 972 to 1198 N-cm (86 to 106 in-lb).
4. Remove the 2 nuts as shown in Figure 3 .

5. Secure the valve assembly and bracket to the machine
using the 2 nuts previously removed as shown in
Figure
4 .
