Fit the rotary valve cylinder assembly in the front slot
(

Figure 16

), and secure it using the original bolt and

slide bush.

11.

Attach the cylinder to the rotary bracket using the
washer (10 mm) and the split pin.

12.

Fit the 1/4 inch female tee and the 1/4 inch male
adapter (0.8 mm orifice) to the cylinder port, and
connect the hose from the front solenoid valve.

13.

Disconnect the hose on the lower 1/4 inch port of the
rear manifold. Fit a 1/4 inch male tee to the port, and
connect the hose.

14.

Assemble a line body with a solenoid valve and
solenoid. Fit a 3/8 inch bonded seal and a 3/8 inch x
1/4 inch male adapter (existing), to port 1 of the line
body. Fit a 3/8 inch bonded seal, a 3/8 inch x 1/4 inch
adapter, a 1/4 inch bonded seal, and a 1/4 inch male
adapter (1.4 mm orifice) to port 1 of the line body.
Connect the assembly to the valve cylinder line body.

15.

Connect the hose to the tee on the rear manifold.
Connect the other end to the fittings on the valve
cylinder line body.

16.

Run the cables from the control box to the rear
solenoid valve and the proximity switch bracket along
the center of the machine (under the hydraulic tank) to
the rear. Connect the cables to the solenoid and the
switch, respectively.

17.

Keep the rear solenoid cable and the rear cylinder hose
tidy by using the 8 cable ties and the large hose tie (368
x 4.8 mm) to secure them to the existing hoses under
the hydraulic oil tank.

18.

Check all the fasteners and hose connections, and
tighten them as necessary.
