Longitudinal setting : (Z3) 10 mm
Lateral setting : (Y3) +/− 0,5 mm
Off-center radius : 3 mm
Speed, max. : 12000 rpm
OPERATION
Lateral setting : over Eccentric sleeve 080 by unscrewing one of the screws
400, and screwing in the other one.
Spindle shaft 130 : on preloaded bearings, pre-greased for life
Shaft rotating / linear motion : over Notched Pulley 130 with the shaft square-
section shoulder inserted and sliding in the pulley 060.
Lock 230 : transforms the live spindle into the fixed one.
CHANGING TOOLHOLDER
To start with : Take down the belt.
What to do ? Notes
Dismounting
Unscrew both screws 260.
Dismount the toolholder.
Mounting
Fit the toolholder in place ...
Fit and tighten both screws 260.
... locating it with the two pins.
MANUAL GREASING OF FIXED SPINDLE
Maintenance Interval: semi-annually or at least every 1000 hours’
operation.
To start with: Fill up the grease pump. See Instruction 300231, Ch. 2.
What to do ? Notes
Loosen both screws 4000.
Unscrew one of them 400 and
screw in the other one and proceed
to set ...
Tighten both screws 400 ...
... by pivoting Eccentric sleeve 080.
... once set as required.
Grease over Nipple 410 ... ... until the grease comes out of the
eccentric sleeve.
