Step 9-
Slide the outside of the Tie Down Receiver between the bumper bracket
and the outside of the frame. Line up the inside bracket with the oval hole on
the hitch. Install one 1/2” X 2” Hex Bolt with a 1” X 2” Plate Washer, and a
1/2” Star Washer into the oval hole and through the Tie Down Receiver plate.
On the other side install two 1/2” Flat Washers, one 1/2” Lock Washer and one
1/2” Hex Nut onto the previously installed 1/2” X 2” Hex Bolt and hand
tighten. (Photo 9.1, 9.2 & 9.3)
