Enter the menu by pressing the left menu key (15).

Select “ HS SETTINGS ” and confirm.

Select “ LANGUAGE ” and confirm.

Select a language and confirm.

Press the off-hook key.
OR
Lift the handset off its base if you have activated “Automatic answer”.
