First, users need to install VCOM driver in Windows system. When the driver has been
installed, the Device Manager -> ports will be to add a port. The port name is “VcomDrv
Device”. Double-click the port name in this page. Select
Advanced
option, enter Remote
IP and port.
Second, set to VCOM parameter in MB7900’s VCOM page.

Serial COM port:
Select the Serial type from dropdown menu of
Serial COM.

Virtual COM Port:
This parameter indicates the network port or serial port. The
configured parameters about Virtual COM port must be accordance with the
parameters of windows-XP VCOM.
