Handler Interface
TH2523 AC milliohmmeter equips with a Handler interface which is mainly used to output the
sorting result. When the instrument is applied to an automatic component sorting test system, this
interface will output the handshake signal and the sorting result output signal. The sorting result
output corresponds to the comparison result output of the current comparator bin. The interface
style of the HANDLER is PIN36 (total 36 pins).
Terminals and Their Descriptions: Higher; the low bin comparison result output signal will be
valid.

In Compare mode, the low bin number
signal is effective.

In compare mode or bin mode, if the
compare result of BIN1~BIN9 are FAIL,
this signal will be output and low output
signal is effective. Otherwise, high signal
is output.

Null pin.

/EXT.TRIG
External trigger signal input (the trigger
mode must be EXT.TRIG), low signal is
effective.

External power supply 2, the voltage
range: +5V~+30V.
EXTV2

are external power supply. When using
external power supply, they must be
connected to the external power supply
together, not just one of them.
