Remove connecting rod

and piston ass'y from cylinder

block.

Remove piston pin clip

and piston pin from piston

and connecting rod ass'y, and then remove piston

Take out crankshaft

from crankcase.

Remove bearing from crankcase by using a commercially

available bearing puller.

Turn crankshaft to a position where connecting rod bolts

and connecting rod cap

can be removed, remove the

bolts, and then remove the cap.

· Removed bearings should be arranged in the

order they are removed.

· Do not reuse piston pin clips. Be sure to

replace with new ones.
