In shallow water, run at the lowest possible speed while
watching the depth and obstacles.
In reverse operation, run at low speed, and do not
increase the engine speed unnecessarily.
WARNING
Shifting at high engine speed may cause
fall of passenger due to abrupt acceleration
and damage to gear, clutch and other
components of the outboard motor. Shift at
the lowest engine speed.
