PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
ENGINE OVERHEATS
EXCESSIVELY
Insufficient fluid in the
cooling system.
Check and top-up the coolant level.
Check the seal of the cooling system.

Insufficient ventilation.
Ride for a while on a flat road at moderate
speed without stressing the engine (you can fit
an optional electric fan).

Air in cooling circuit. Bleed the cooling system.
•
The radiator fins are very
dirty.
Clean the radiator fins with water (not under
pressure).

Formation of foam in the
cooling system.
Replace the coolant using a good brand of
anti-freeze.

LIGHTS,
