Cut off inner shield at the mark made during step 5.1. Cut off the same amount from the
end of inner shaft (

dimension).

Cut off outer shield at the mark made during step 5.2. Cut off the same amount from the
end of the outer shaft (
“Y”
dimension).
12.
Remove all burrs from the shields and drivelines.
13.
Reattach drivelines to their respective shields.
