The Hotwire Power Switch is located in the front on the unit.          
Press the I/O rocket switch to POWER ON the Hotwire Process. 
If AC Welding.  DO NOT USE HOTWIRE….Power Off Hotwire 

When first Powered On, The LED Indicator light 

will flash several times then become solid.   

The Hot Wire Unit is activated.  

The Hot Wire Amp Range is from 60 to 100.   

Recommended Setting is 

80 Amps

 for All Alloys and Steels
