Dial-now rule: After you enable this rule, tiptel VP 28 makes a call as soon as you enter the preset 
number. For example, if you set

0147

, TIPTEL VP28makes a call to 0147 for 

the setting time after you enter 0147. The setting time is the value which you input in the “Dial 
now Delay time (0~2000ms)” field. The phone supports this rule of each distinct account.
