2.3 Charging the handset battery
Before initial operation, you should fully charge the
handset’s battery for 12 hours or more.
To charge the battery, simply place the handset on
the inside the charging slot of the base unit as
showed: during the charge the LCD backlight turns
into red one time.

The supplied battery is new, therefore it allows the
full duty only after few complete charging / discharging
cycles.

The first time you charge the battery, don’t remove the
handset before 12 hours, otherwise the battery duty
could be temporarily reduced. After the first charge, you
can charge the battery for less time according to the
energy left. Anyway, try to charge the battery when
you have discharged it (one or zero bars in the battery
icon ): you will obtain the maximum efficiency. For
further references please see the par. 3.13
! Handle the battery properly. Strictly follow the
directions stated in the par. 3.13
