Marker Disassembly and Assembly
Set up a workbench with plenty of workspace to make sure no small parts become lost. Follow
these safety instructions at all times when disassembling or re-assembling your marker.
• First follow
Unloading Your Marker
on page 9 and
Air/CO2 Supply Cylinder
Removal
instructions on page 12.
• Always wear eye protection (like Safety Glasses) when performing any marker
disassembly or re-assembly.
• Do not pressurize a partially assembled paintball marker.
• Put the marker into the uncocked position. If your marker is cocked, hold onto the
cocking knob, pull the Trigger, and slowly release the cocking knob forward to
uncock the marker.
Disassembly instructions are listed here. To re-assemble, do the steps in the reverse order.
Refer to the Parts Diagram on pages 18 and 19. Item numbers of parts are in parenthesis.
Barrel and Feed Tube Removal
1. Remove the
Barrel

clockwise to thread it into the marker.
2. The
Feed Tube

right side of the marker, rotate the Feed Tube Lock lever (see
arrow in Fig. 7) until it is horizontal. Pull straight up on the Feed
Tube to remove it from the
Top Receiver
(1).
Make Feed Tube Permanent (optional)
a. If it is desired that the Feed Tube be permanently locked
to the marker, remove the screw (item 11 in the assembly
diagram on page 18).
b. Remove the plastic washer, item 72, and reassemble the
screw to the nut (10).
3. Look at the bottom of the
Barrel Nut
(69) and identify the cutout
area. Push in the button while rotating the Barrel Nut one full turn
counterclockwise (as viewed from the barrel end of the marker.
4. Rotate the Barrel Nut counterclockwise (as viewed from the barrel
end of the marker) until it is loose from the marker. Set the Barrel
Nut aside.
Front Grip and Ball Latch
To replace the
Ball Latch
(16), slide the
Front Grip
(65) off of the marker. The Ball Latch
