Viewing the Employees’
Reports
This section provides instructions for routine managing of the Excel file, during
and at the end of the month.
1. Copy the current data file from the time-clock to the working folder.
2. Display the Excel file.
3. The main menu is displayed.

4. To load the folder, press
Import Attendance Data.
5. Select
attlog.dat_1.
6. Select the month required for viewing and press OK.
NOTE
: You can define a date time range to be viewed.

The worksheet displaying the employees’ details is displayed.
The lower bar of the worksheet provides three tab types:
Numbered tabs
An individual tab of each employee
Edit
A tab for updating missing data
Total
The total of the attendance data of all the
employees
