ASSEMBLY
Install the valve mounting plate onto the window frame with the hardware
provided. Refer to the parts section for all parts and hardware needed. Align and
mount the mounting plate under the window fame with the three capscrews,
flatwasher, lockwasher and hex nut.
DO NOT tighten. Next install the capscrew
and lockwasher through the valve mounting strap lower hole into the tractor housing.
Once installed tighten all the bolts in the mounting plate.
SECTIONAL VALVE MOUNTING (CAB UNITS)
Refer to the parts section, lift valve page for hardware and placement of all related
parts. Also as shown in pictures on following page in this section.
VALVE MOUNTING PLATE (CAB UNITS)
With the rear window opened, three holes will need to be drilled for installing the
valve mounting plate. For best results assemble the valve mounting strap to the
mounting plate with the hardware as shown in the part section. Next place the
assembled mounting plate in position and adjust for proper fit to the tractor.
Refer to
the diagram below for location and fit of the mounting plate. Then mark the
outside edges of the mounting plate onto the window fame. Carefully measure the
three holes in the mounting plate and mark the exact location on the rear window
frame, use the mounting plate as a template to verify these marks. Drill the three
holes where marked, 3/8” dia thru the window frame.
