7.7.2 Holding Tank Vent Air Filter
he tan vent air filter is located on the a t end o the waste
tan accessed through the atrium oor hatch Figure 7-4 ).
eplace the holding tan vent air filter Figure 7-5 ) annually
for the most effective odor control.
7.7.3 Optional Macerator System

1. nsure your vessel is in a legal raw sewage discharge area.
2. o access the overboard discharge seacoc , grab the outboard edge
o the carpet orward o the pedestal berth Figure 7-6 ). Pull carpet to
port, e posing the loor hatch. emove the loor hatch by pulling up.
3. ocate the overboard discharge seacoc Figure 7-7 ).
4. emove the cable tie securing the overboard discharge seacoc handle
Figure 7-7 ).
5. pen the overboard discharge seacoc by pulling the handle to the verti -
cal position.
6. witch the brea er on the istribution anel .
llow the discharge pump to run until the waste tan is empty. he sound
