Controls here show shutter operation, toggling between open and
closed.
Shows the position trace in the target for the position sensors,
toggling between ON and OFF
Set an internal trigger level at which a measurement is acquired
for photodiodes or pyroelectric sensors in peak mode. Pressing
the button opens a dialogue to adjust the trigger level.
4.11.2 Web Viewer
As an alternative to observing the measurement on the PM5020 power meter display, measurement can also
be viewed remotely
via a web browser when the PM5020 meter is connected via Ethernet or USB.
For this, connect the PM5020 to a network, and enter the IP address shown in the
settings to any
web browser:
The website displays the status of the measurement of both channels, math channel, connected tempera-
ture or humidity sensors as well as the GPIO settings and shutter control.
In addition, recorded data can be easily downloaded via the browser, screen-shots can be made, or the
device log can be monitored.
Note
For safety reasons, it is not possible to control the instrument via the web viewer! All settings need
to be adjusted on the PM5020 power meter directly.
4.11.3 Remote Operation
The PM5020 power meter can be remote controlled via three different interfaces: the high-speed USB in-
