How to prepare raclette cheese
Use about 200 to 300 grams of cheese per person. Cut the cheese into
slices of about 3 to 5 mm thickness and put them into the mini-pans.
It is preferable to use original raclette cheese. Any other fast melting
cheese, however, is also suitable. Due to the above heat, the cheese
will melt quite quickly.
Practical hints
Frozen food should always be properly thawed before it is cooked.
To avoid damage to the coating of grill plate and mini-pans, use only
non-abrasive utensils. When grilling larger amounts of food, the accu-
mulated fat should be carefully removed from time to time.
