NON-PRESSURE COOKING
The following non-pressure cooking programs are available: Sauté,
Slow Cook and Keep Warm.
SAUTÉING
Attention : Please note: Do not put the lid on for Sauté program.
1. Select the Sauté program. 30 appears on the screen.
2. If needed, change the Sauté time using the +/- keys.
3. If needed, press Temp/Timer to switch from timer to
temperature. Use the +/- keys to change temperature.
Please note: The temperature is displayed in Celsius only.
4. 10 seconds after pressing the settings, the cooking process will
start. The cooker beeps 3 times and the screen displays
to indicate that the cooker has entered the preheating cycle.
When the working temperature is reached, the screen flashes
between the temperature.
5. Add food to the inner pot and sauté.
6. When you have finished sautéing the food, press the Keep
Warm/Cancel. The Screen displays - - - -, indicating that the
unit is in standby mode.
SLOW COOK
1. Make sure the Steam Release Handle is turned to
Venting.
2. Select the Slow Cook program.
3. Optionally, modify the slow cooking program as follows:
