PRIMARY FAN INTAKE
- The primary fan pulls in air and circulates
the air throughout the helmet.

WASTE AIR FAN INTAKE
- The secondary fan pulls in waste air from
the helmet and pushes it out the back.

AIR DUCT
– This vent channels fresh air to the front of the helmet.

WASTE AIR NOZZLE
– This vent pushes waste air through the fi lter
out the back of the helmet.

HOOK
– This hook aids in positioning the hood or toga lens on the
helmet.

ATTACHMENT POINTS
(3 hook-and-loop fastener) – These fasteners
secure the disposable hood or toga lens to the helmet.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT STRAP
– this strap is adjusted to provide
a comfortable fi t. Push the release button and pull/push the strap to
extend/retract the length of the strap for fi t and comfort.

COMFORT PADS
– These removable pads provide a comfort fi t.

HEADBAND ADJUSTMENT KNOB
– Customize the fi t by turning the
knob clockwise to tighten and counter clockwise to loosen the head-
band.
10 HEADLIGHT
– Available on the headlight helmet model only.
11 LIGHT SHROUD
– Available on the headlight helmet model only. The
shroud prevents glare from the shield.
12 HEADLIGHT ADJUSTMENT HANDLE
– Available on the headlight
helmet model only. The handle is used to direct the headlight beam.
13 HEADLIGHT CONTROL BUTTON
– Available on the headlight helmet
model only. Push the button to switch the headlight on/off .
14 POWER CABLE
– This build in power cable is used to connect all
helmet models with the battery pack. See the Accessories section.

Before

Inspect equipment for damage, wear, or
missing components.
If damage is
apparent, replace
the equipment.
Inspect power cord for cuts or punc-
tures.
Inspect headlight lens for scratches.
Inspect the battery pack housing for
cracks.
Check fan motors for excessive noise.
NOTE:
If any component must be discarded, see the
Disposal/Recycle
sec-
tion.
STORAGE AND HANDLING

ALWAYS store the equipment within the specifi ed environ-mental condi-
tion values throughout its useful life. See the
Specifi cations
section.

ALWAYS store the battery pack between operations in the battery charger.

To ensure the longevity, performance and safety of this equipment, use
of the original packaging material is recommended when storing or trans-
porting this equipment.
