9 Error Messages
Please insert
marking tape!
There is no marking tape in the machine or the tape has come to an end.
Remove any residual tape if necessary. Insert a new marking tape.
Numbering
overrun!
Continue: RESET
See "numbering" menu point (chapter 6.1).
Check
compressed air!
The compressed air line is not connected or the pressure is too low. This
message disappears as soon as there is enough pressure on the compressed air
inlet.
Heating
defective!
See chapter 10.
Temperature
not correct!
An attempt at starting the print process has been made although the working
temperature has not been reached yet. Wait until the temperature value on the
display stops flashing.
Cannot be
printed as
Data Matrix!
See chapter 7.
Only 1 barcode
allowed!
Only one single number is allowed when printing 2/5-Interleaved-Barcodes. The
other lines may only contain text but no numbers.
Perform
maintenance!
Please contact ThermoTex to arrange for maintenance to be carried out.
Print head
is open!
The print head is not locked. Close and lock print head.
Please insert
ink ribbon!
Insert a new ink ribbon roll
The text does
not fit on the
label!
The content does not fit on the label. Please increase the label length or delete
some characters.
