3.3 Machine Operation
Before printing and sealing with your Y151
Thermo-Seal
machine, make sure
you have completed all instructions for installation (see
Section 2 Installation
).
In review, the following should be completed:
Threaded the Air Filter Pressure Regulator onto the machine.
Mounted the Label Tape Cassette Storage Rack to the left side of the machine.
Securely attached the Main Air Line Hose to the Air Filter Pressure Regulator.
Installed the Line Power Cord, and switched the Power Entry Module to “
ON
”
position.
Installed the Ink Ribbon Cartridge.
Loaded the Label Marking Tape into the Tape Feed Guide.
The green “
POWER ON
” LED is illuminated on the LCD Panel.
The green “
HEAT ON
” LED is pulsing or flashing on the LCD Panel.
Before you begin printing and sealing, it is necessary for you to understand the
features, messages and icons present on the LCD panel of the Y151
Thermo-Seal
machine.
