Maintenance table
Use the table in this manual to record the
maintenance after each winter.

General
For long-term storage of the heater:
1. Switch off the heater.
2. Remove the mains plug from the socket.
3. Clean the heater.
5.3
Adjusting the ionisation electrode
1. Remove the top part of the cap.
2. Check the distance between the
electrode and the burner and set this to
the correct distance, if necessary (see
fig. 8).
3. Fit the top part of the cap.

Remove dust and deposits from the heater.

Check the heater (in a clean environment).

Check and clean the suction inlet for the combustion
air.

Check and clean the inlet grate.

Check the hot air fan for operation and damage.

Check the heater for correct combustion. The flame
must be blue. If the flame is yellow, consult the dealer.

Clean the ionisation electrode with steel wool.

Check the adjustment of the ionisation electrode and
adjust as necessary, see “Adjusting the ionisation elec-
trode”.

Check the heater's wiring.

Hot
Do not touch the outlet or combustion
chamber!
Do not start maintenance until they
have cooled down.
Warning
Remove the mains plug from the
socket and shut the gas supply off
during maintenance.
