1.
Disconnect the cable from the inlet controller PCA (ribbon
cable).
2.
Disconnect the common line from the calibration manifold that
runs to the solenoid inlet assembly Calibration Inlet port.
3.
Disconnect the external calibration gas lines.
4.
Unscrew the mounting plate from the enclosure and remove the
assembly from the system. Ensure the sealing gasket is not
damaged or discarded. Replace if necessary.
5.
Unscrew the knurled nuts from the six actuator coils. The coils
and the connection PCB to which they are attached can be
removed as one piece.

6.
To remove the manifold from the plate, unscrew the 12 M3
countersunk screws that are now exposed. Note that when the
plate is removed the actuator bodies are free to detach from the
manifold body. Care must be exercised to ensure these do not
spring loose and parts are lost, damaged, or contaminated.
7.
Inspect the sealing gasket positioned between the manifold block
and the mounting plate. If this is damaged in any way it must be
replaced.
8.
Carefully pull out the actuator body from the manifold and
inspect the valve parts, particularly the sealing surfaces. Clean or
replace as required before reassembly.
9.
Reverse the above procedure to reassemble the system. Always
leak check the system after reassembly.
