Meter Basics
Installing Batteries (Optional Power Source)
1.
Select four new AA alkaline batteries.
2.
Confirm that the meter is powered off.
3.
Turn the meter over, with the meter display facing down, on a clean dry surface.
4.
Remove the battery compartment cover – push down on the battery compartment tab and
lift the battery compartment cover up.
5.
Install the new batteries in the battery compartment, orientating the batteries as shown in
the battery compartment housing.
6.
Replace the battery compartment cover and turn the meter over, with the meter display
facing up.
