5.18 Aligning the Elution Nozzles
When the 40 mL elution rack (P/N 072688) and 40 mL collection vials
(P/N 048783) are installed, manually adjust the elution nozzles at the following
times:

Before initial operation with the elution rack.
•
Whenever an elution nozzle is out of alignment.

Small pair of pliers
Align the Elution Nozzles
1. Place six 40 mL collection vials in the 40 mL elution rack.
2. Install the elution rack in the elution station.

attention to the vials in positions #1 and #6. For example, in
