The above-mentioned malfunctions are not defects of the EWH and should be eliminated by the
customer or by a specialized organization at the consumer's expense.
If it is not possible to remedy the malfunction with the help of the above-mentioned recommendations,
or in case of other problems, contact the service center specified in the operation manual.

Transportation and storage of electric water heaters
Transportation and storage of electric water heaters should be carried out in accordance with the
manipulation signs on the package:

Need to protect cargo from moisture;

Fragile cargo, careful handling;

Recommended temperature range of cargo storage: +10 °С to +20 °С;

Correct vertical position of the cargo;
The rules and conditions for storage and transportation are also indicated on the packaging of the
product.
Disposal
Subject to observance of the rules of installation, operation and maintenance of the EWH and
compliance of the quality of the used water with the current standards, the manufacturer sets for the
EWH the service life of 9 years from the date of purchase of the EWH. All components of the water
heater are made of materials that can be used, if necessary, for its environmentally safe disposal,
which must be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the country where the water heater is
used.
Manufacturer's warranty
The manufacturer sets the warranty period of 1 year for the water heater, while the warranty period for
the parts and components are as follows:
for water-containing storage (internal tank) – 7 years;
for other components (heating element, thermostat, indicator lamps, gaskets, temperature indicator,
RCD, safety valve) –1 year.
The warranty period commences on the date of purchase of the EWH. In the absence or correction of
the date of purchase and the stamp of the store, the warranty period commences on the release date
of the EWH.
Claims during the warranty period are accepted if there is a warranty card with the marks of the
dealer and the nameplate on the EWH case.
When installing and operating the EWH, the consumer should follow the requirements
ensuring trouble-free operation of the device during the warranty period:
observe the safety measures and the installation, connection, operation and maintenance

rules set forth in this manual
avoid mechanical damage from negligent storage, transportation, and installation

avoid freezing of water in the EWH

use water without mechanical and chemical impurities for heating in the EWH

operate the EWH with a properly working safety valve supplied with the EWH
