Intelligent Fan Control

The intelligent cooling system is designed to r educe
dust and fo r eign mate r ial build-up, whilst p r oviding
optimum cooling.

Fan speed r educes app r oximately 30 seconds afte r
machine is tu r ned ON.

Fan speed inc r eases when inte r nal components
r eaches ope r ating tempe r atu r e.
ON/OFF Switch
•
P r ima r y voltage Supply ON/OFF switch located on
r ea r panel.
Voltage Reduction Device (VRD)
(shipped de-activated, field capable)
See Section 11 for activation instructions
Reduces the OCV when the powe r supply is not in use.
Eliminates the need fo r add on voltage r educe r s and has
no effect on a r c sta r ting.

VRD fully complies to IEC 60974-1.
•
When Stick mode is selected the g r een VRD light is
ON when not welding and r ed when welding.
•
When in TIG modes VRD is OFF.
Control Knob
•
Fo r the selected weld pa r amete r , r otating the knob
clockwise inc r eases the pa r amete r .
•
Rotating the knob counte r -clockwise dec r eases the
pa r amete r .
•
A selected weld pa r amete r value can be adjusted at
any time even while welding.
•
Pushing the knob in displays actual a r c voltage.
Self Diagnosis using Error Codes
•
An e rr o r code is displayed on the
Digital Mete r
when a
p r oblem occu r s with P r ima r y supply voltage o r inte r nal
