1-Year Limited Warranty
Our Theradome helmets have a 1-year limited warranty for
purchases made through our website or authorized resellers.
We warrant our laser helmets against defects in materials and
workmanship, battery or charger failure for a period of one year
from the original retail purchase date. Our warranty does not cover
accidental damage or misuse.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by accident,
abuse, misuse, misapplication, of the Theradome PRO and
Theradome
EVO; (b) damage caused by service (including upgrades
and expansions) performed by any non-authorized Theradome
Service Provider; (c) products or parts that have been modified
without the written permission of Theradome Inc.; or (d) helmets
with removed or defaced serial numbers.
