Issue
Solution
Theradome shuts
off mid-treatment.
Your Theradome isn’t fully charged.
Connect the helmet to its charging unit.
If you are still experiencing problems, try
plugging the helmet into a different AC
outlet.
When Theradome
is plugged in for
charging, the master
switch flashes with
an orange light.
First try to connect your Theradome to a
different AC outlet. Second, you may need
a new AC charger adapter or battery as
the USB port has lost power or battery is
depleted and requires replacing. Contact
customer care so that we can troubleshoot
with you.
Battery low
Please verify that your Theradome is fully
charged. If the battery low message is
still present, then a new battery should be
purchased, directly from our website:
www.theradome.com. You will need your
Theradome serial number when placing a
battery order.
Laser error message
Please verify that your Theradome battery
is fully charged. If the laser error message
is still present, please contact customer
care so we can troubleshoot with you.
