Release winged screw

on first vertical pipe.
Adjust height using the mark

Tighten winged screw

on the vertical pipe.
Adjust height on second vertical pipe.
Ensure that the height on the left vertical pipe and right vertical pipe of the
upper pipe frame is adjusted the same.
Adjusting the broad stay tubes
Pull out safety catches

of the stay tube.
Adjust stay tubes to user's pelvis.
Release safety catch.
Ensure that the safety catch audibly clicks into place.
Ensure that the left stay tube and right stay tube are adjusted the same.
