SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This Barbecue is for 

OUTDOOR

 use only.

DO NOT 

operate light or use this barbecue within 

TEN

 feet (3.05 meters) of 

walls, structures or buildings.

• 

For residential use only. This barbecue is not for commercial use.

• 

Intended for wood fire cooking. The conversion to or attempted use of any 

other fuel source in this barbecue is dangerous and will void warranty.

• 

This barbecue shall not be used in enclosures as a heater. 

TOXIC

accumulate and cause asphyxiation.

• 

DO NOT

 use on or under balconies.

• 

Minimum clearance from sides and back of the unit to combustible construc-

tion is 60 inches (5 feet).

• 

DO NOT

 use this barbecue under any type of overhead or roof.

• 

DO NOT

 use in explosive atmosphere. Keep barbecue area clear and free from 

combustible materials, kerosene and other flammable vapors and liquids.

• 

DO NOT

 keep aerosols and pressurized cans within 120 inches (10 feet) vicinity 

of barbecue.

• 

DO NOT

 store or use gasoline or other flammable liquids or vapors within 25 

feet (300 inches) of this barbecue. 

• 

Inspect the griddle plate and hot plate before use. 

• 

DO NOT

 use this barbecue unless it is 

COMPLETELY

 assembled and all parts 

are securely fastened and tightened. 

• 

Hot plate and griddle plate should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected on a 

regular basis.

• 

DO NOT

 operate this barbecue without reading the instruction in the manual.

• 

To avoid burns,

 touch hot metal parts of barbecue until they are com-

pletely cooled, unless you are wearing a protective gear.

DO NOT

 use on wooden decks, wooden furniture or other combustible surfac-

es.

leave a lit barbecue unattended. Keep children and pets away from 

barbecue at all times.

In the event of an oil/grease fire,

 attempt to extinguish with water. 

Use type BC dry chemical fire extinguisher or smother with dirt, sand or baking 

soda.

Always empty the bottom bowl and grill after each use.

• 

Serious injury or damage to property may occur of the above is not followed.
