Preparation

Tie-Down
Points

Shipping)
Remove tie-downs from the forward and rear of the belt loader.
4.2.2

Connect battery terminals to battery posts.
4.2.3

No special requirements.

Conveyor
Belt
1. Remove the tie down straps and the conveyor bubble wrap at the three (3) wooden supports.
2. Thread the conveyor lifting strap around the mid-point of the conveyor (Figure Operation-4-13

3. Using two (2) people, slowly raise the conveyor.
WARNING:
ENSURE ALL FUEL LINES ARE PROPERLY CONNECTED FROM TANK TO FUEL
PUMP TO INJECTOR PUMP.
NOTE:
One person controls the crane while the second person supports the rear end of the con-
veyor as shown in Figure Operation-4-14 Conveyor Lift Support.
