Contents of the case:
The box in which the sweeper is delivered from the factory contains following parts:
1 pcs Sweeper.
1 pcs. Forkbracket with pawl and bolt.
1 pcs. Bag containing spring for pawl, pipe holder for spring, operator s manual and spare part
list for sweeper.
Assembly of sweeper:
The only thing, which is not mounted from the factory is the forkbracket with pawl, which fastens the
sweeper to the cultivator.
The forkbracket with pawl (1) must be mounted as
shown on illustration A. It is important that the fork-
bracket is mounted correctly. The tube (2), on which
The sweeper is mounted, has to be at the top on the
forkbracket. The forkbracket is mounted by placing it
over the hole in the rack, and insert the M12x150 bolt (3)
in the hole. After this place washer (4) and the nut (5) on
the bolt and tighten. The spring for pawl (6) is mounted
with a pipe holder (7), which is placed around the tube
(8), and the hole in the pawl.
The sweeper is now assembled and ready to mount on the basic machine.
Mounting the sweeper to the basic machine:
When you mount the sweeper to the basic machine follow this procedure:
Mount the sweeper on the basic machine
Mount the gear reduction on the sweeper
Mount the flex shaft on the sweeper and the basic machine
You fit the sweeper on the cultivator with a split pin, which is placed at the power take off. Push the
sweeper s support pipe into the hole on the power take off (PTO). Place the holes opposite each other,
insert the split pin and the locking pin.
Mount the gear reduction on the sweeper, by pushing the gear reduction s support pipe over the input
tube, and lock them together with the split pin, which is placed on the gear reduction.
You must mount the flex shaft on the power take off. Place the flex shaft in the PTO-tube, so that the
inner shaft fits to the square bushing and lock the flex shaft with the locking pin. After this you place the
flex shaft in the little tube on the gear reduction, and lock the flex shaft with the locking pin. Now the
flex shaft is mounted .
IMPORTANT
Before using the sweeper it is important to make sure that the flex shaft is lubricated according to the
instructions in this manual.
