The PG_1 LED indicator (D4) has V

= 2.1 V; therefore, for this test board,
the maximum PG_1 output voltage (TP11) is 2.1 V. Since the PG_1 pin is an
open drain, active high output terminal in a typical application, the PG_1 output
could have a typical TTL range.
