How It Works
Activity and exercise are essential in
maintaining and building up the muscular
system. Muscles and bones are function-
ally associated with each other. Osseous
mass and stability are improving when
the muscular system exerts stimuli on the
bone, i.e. the muscle imposes force on the
bone. If the muscles are not subjected to
stress, if, for example, a lack of movement
and activity occurs, the muscular system
will not only degenerate (atrophy) but the
stability of the bones will also decline.
The Osteo-Comfort orthosis supports you
in actively straightening up, and moving.
Muscle-building excercises may be bene-
ficial - please consult your doctor on this.
