Troubleshooting Reason Help
The product does not work. Check electricity connection. The mains voltage must be 220-240V and
the product must be connected to an earth
socket.
The fan does not work. Check electricity connection. The mains voltage must be 220-240V and
the product must be connected to an earth
socket.
The fan does not work. Check electricity connection. The switch for the fan must be turned on.
The fan does not work. The turbine is jammed. Unplug the appliance from the mains and
contact a service centre.
The fan does not work. The motor is damaged. Unplug the appliance from the mains and
contact a service centre.
The lamp does not work. Check electricity connection. The mains voltage must be 220-240V and
the product must be connected to an earth
socket.
The lamp does not work. Check electricity connection. Lamp switch must be in the “on” position.
The lamp does not work. Check lamps. The product lamps must not be faulty.
