OPERATION OF THE RANGE HOOD
The accessible parts may get hot while the
appliance is operating in combination with
operating hot plates under it.
Range hood CH 2860 1T G is operated by five round
buttons located on the front panel for comfortable and
easy access. The rightmost button is for switching on/off
the lightening, and the remaining four buttons are for
control of the ventilation speed.

Description of the control buttons shown in figure 7:
– Button for switching off the ventilation
– 1st ventilation speed
– 2nd ventilation speed
– 3rd ventilation speed
– Button for switching on/off the lightening
This model allows you to set the range hood to operate
at a ventilation speed which you wish, for example
speed III, and you can switch directly to speed I or go
back to speed III or the other way round.
OPERATING THE RANGE HOOD WITH AND
WITHOUT CHARCOAL FILTERS
Do not use the appliance without filters!
TESY range hoods are intended for use with standard
aluminium filters and also with charcoal filters which
may be purchased separately.
If there is not a chimney in the room the range hood
shall be used with charcoal filters to clean the air.
This filter is not included in the package, but you can
purchase it from Your supplier or service centre. In
this manner of operation the filter shall be replaced
with a new one every 3 to 5 months depending on the
frequency of use.
Never wash the charcoal filters. Keep it away from
children.
Before replacing the charcoal filters, You must
switch off the power supply of the range hood by
unplugging the power cord from the socket or by
switching off the fuse.
The charcoal filters come in a pair (left and right) and
you need to observe their direction during installation.

Installing a charcoal filter is done as follows.
1.
Place the filter in its correct place.
2.
Turn in a clockwise direction to fix it in its place.
Removal of the filter is done in the reverse order.
LAMP REPLACEMENT
Before replacing the lamp, You must disconnect
the appliance from the mains. Let the lamp cool
down, otherwise You may burn yourself.
Range hood CH 2860 1T G has 2 1.5W LED lamps.
In order to replace a faulty lamp, please follow the
procedure below
•
Remove the aluminium filters.
•
Locate the top of the light fitting and squeeze the
spring clips while pushing the fitting out of the base
of the hood.
•
Unplug the connector of the lamp.
•
Plug the new lamp.
•
Push the new lamp in the base of the hood.
•
Reinstall the aluminium filters
