Operating with Fixture

If the air supply is cut off while the lid is open, the lid will close whether the fixture is in
position or not. This may cause damage to the product or the DUT.

If any sensor detects that the operation is incomplete, everything returns to the previous
position and the red LED will be turned on.
4.3.3 Connecting Air Supply to Fixture

Remove the fitting plug, and connect 4 mm OD air hose to the fitting.
